Sales Role Description:
As a Sales Representative at Event Butterfly, you will be responsible for building relationships with event planners, venues, and other industry professionals. You’ll help them leverage our platform to maximize their event visibility and drive attendance. Your work will directly contribute to our growth, and as part of our team, you’ll earn company dynamic equity, meaning you’ll become a co-owner of Event Butterfly through corporate stock.
Sales Qualifications:

- Strong background in sales, preferably in the event planning or digital advertising industry.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

- Familiarity with digital platforms and online advertising is a plus.

- A passion for events and promoting cultural diversity is highly valued.
Sales Volume & Tiered Commissions:

- Up to 10 sales per month: 20% commission

- 11 – 20 sales per month: 25% commission

- 21+ sales per month: 30% commission
